Welcome to the home of the William Jessop darts league.

Here you will be able to keep up to date with fixtures, results, standings and player stats.

Play will commence at 6pm on the 6th of october, each match will be 501 best of 5 legs and players will score 1 point per leg. Each match will start with a nearest to bull to determine who will throw first.

Scoring example : match 1 (player A) beats (player B) 3-0 and in match 2 (player C) beats (player D) 3-2.

(player A) will score 3 points and (player B) will score 0 points.

(player C) will score 3 points and (player D) will score 2 points.

 

Each player will play one match per week and play everyone once. If a player can NOT make one week they can then play 2 matches the following sunday. If a player does not show for 2 weeks running both games will be forefitted in a 3-0 loss.

 

Once the fixtures have been completed there will then be a playoff bracket. The top 8 players will qualify for the playoff bracket. This will take place the week following the league fixtures finishing. Anyone who does not show for the playoffs will be eliminated and the opponent will recieve a bye into the semi finals.

M1 (1st vs 8th) M2 (2nd vs 7th) M3 (3rd vs 6th) M4 (4th vs 5th)

The week following the playoffs will be a finals night. ( 4 Semi finalists ) will face each other and this will be 501 best of 7 legs. 

M1 vs M4 and M2 vs M3.

Immediately following the semi finals the final will take place this will also be best of 7. 

The winning Player will recieve a cash prize of £50 aswel as an individual trophy and their name engraved onto the the William Jessop Darts league shield. The runner up will recieve a cash prize of £30.
